| The weekend
before we were set to record , our van died outside of Kansas City.
Stranded we went to see Star Wars special edition to take our minds
off the dilemma. We needed to be home by tuesday to start tracking.
On monday our only option was to rent a Uhaul truck and drive home
to St. Louis with half of the band and all of the gear riding in the
cold and pitch black. Somehow i managed to put new heads on the drums
during the trip home. This was our fourth session with Dave Probst
and once again we took over his house. This was also our first recording
with Gerry. |
